One of the coolest new items on show from Sideshow Collectibles at SDCC this year was the brand new Hot Toys Masterpiece Series figure of Silk Spectre II from Zack Snyder's WATCHMEN movie.
The second incarnation of the character is brought to figure form with this incredible likeness of actress Malin Akerman in the trademark black and yellow outfit. Just look at that facial sculpt. Beautiful work.
The Hot Toys Silk Spectre Masterpiece series 12 inch figure has almost 30 points of articulation as well as a full replica of the movie costume along with her trench coat, implant hair, interchangeable hands and a display stand.
The Hot Toys range has always been fantastic, but this is something else. Well done, guys. The figure is due to be available at the end of the year.
The second incarnation was very attractive. Compared to the first incarnation, it is more fantastic.
