Hi there, welcome to the new blog from all of us here at The Last Picture Show and www.starstore.com. We’ve been supplying geeks like you and me with the best in movie/tv collectibles, comics, action figures, posters, calendars and more since 1991, and we’ve been trading online since 1997. We pride ourselves on working hard to ensure you can find the stuff you’re after as easy and quickly as possible. There’s a galaxy of great items available; Posters, life size cut-outs, toys, statues, busts, comics, collectible card games, board games, prints and more. In both our store and our online presence we pride ourselves on being part of our own demographic- we’re you guys, and thus we want to help you get hold of what you want.

This blog is has been started for a number of reasons. First and foremost we want to let out our regular OMGZORZ reaction to the cool stuff we get in on literally a daily basis. If something gets our geek a-throbbing, we’re going to tell you about it. We also want to keep you up to date with our escapades in geekery, be it musings on new releases, news on upcoming items, features and articles on all manner of related topics, and much more.
